Job Title: Junior Database Developer Location: Florida (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain databases to support metrics and analytics initiatives.
- Develop web-based database solutions using tools such as Access, SharePoint, or SQL.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data collection requirements.
- Ensure database integrity, access controls, and performance optimization.
- Provide technical documentation and user guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1 3 years of experience in database development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, SQL Server, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
- Ability to design relational databases and data models.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with DoD or military systems is a plus.
