Job Details

Requirements:
  • 4 or more years of experience in professional executive administrative support.
  • Proficiency in managing executive correspondence and documentation.
  • Experience with staff leadership, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Experience in coordinating legislative functions and external stakeholder relations.
  • Experience with travel arrangement and expense account management.
  • Experience in data entry, typing, and standard office machine operation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the executive office and external agencies.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative details for the executive.
  • Receive, track, and resolve inquiries and complaints from legislators and citizens.
  • Assign, train, supervise, and evaluate assigned clerical staff.
  • Draft routine and non-routine correspondence and prepare meeting documentation.
  • Attend public events and legislative meetings to gather critical information.
  • Maintain organized office workflows and manage supply ordering.
