Position Summary:

AI Program consultant

This role will provide strategic support to the PMO in overseeing the AI pipeline. It will involve ensuring efficient follow-ups and executive reporting to facilitate informed decision-making. Additionally, it includes fostering robust relationships with internal risk group partners to streamline risk management processes and enhance project outcomes.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage the AI use case pipeline, engaging with the internal team and with the business.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with project leaders to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
  • Support in the preparation and delivery of executive-level reports on the AI initiatives' status, key metrics, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Provide or gather data to prioritize the use cases based on the CLIENT prioritization framework.
  • Monitor the AI initiatives pipeline to identify potential bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Risk partners to ensure comprehensive risk assessment and mitigation strategies are in place for all the initiatives.
  • Prepare the periodic reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) and suggest enhancements based on experience.
  • Assistance in preparing and delivering the AI roadmap and estimating operational efficiency and value calculation.
  • Analyze project data and metrics to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend actionable improvements.

Selection Criteria:

  • Advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in IT project management, including managing project pipelines and executive reporting.
  • Strong technical skills in project management software, data analysis tools, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective executive reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and diverse environment, aligning with CLIENT's values of inclusivity and teamwork.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
