Job Details
Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide support to employees. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills will set you up for success at this company. Those with at least one year of related customer service experience are encouraged to apply today!

What you will do:
- Provide support to employees via phone and email
- Troubleshoot issues around personal computing platforms, hardware, software, mobile devices, virtual environments, etc.
- Provide follow-up on incidents
- Document incidents thoroughly
- Escalate issues when needed to appropriate teams or leadership
What you will need to be successful:
- College degree
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of standard helpdesk practices,
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills
