Who you are:
We are looking for a results driven Vice President to become part of our team. This position will be a global leader with resources in US, India, and future countries. The responsibility is to develop and execute the business strategy with components that include business development, sales, staff management, product/service offering development. The role is responsible and accountable for achieving financial goals such as revenue and EBITDA.
The ideal candidate:
- Will be an existing leader in a consulting firm that delivers SAP, Oracle ERP / JDE products & services
- Has an executive and sales mindset
- Will be respected in the Oracle community
- 10+ years of relevant experience

What will you be doing?
We are looking for a high-energy, motivated individual that can execute business strategy to successfully achieve the financial goals for the company.
You must have experience and be comfortable working with all levels of team members across ennVee. You are adept at identifying and applying solutions to complex problems.
- Set the strategic direction of the practice, define goals and objectives, and communicate this to the team.
- Lead business development efforts, identify new business opportunities, and work with the sales team to pursue new opportunities.
- Build relationships with clients, understand their needs and expectations, and work with the team to deliver high-quality services that meet those needs.
- Manage the practice effectively, set clear expectations, provide guidance and support, and ensure that the team is working together cohesively.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices. Use this knowledge to help the team stay ahead of the curve and deliver innovative solutions to clients.
- Manage resources and budgets effectively, ensuring that the team has the necessary resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Provide thought leadership, develop intellectual capital, and share this knowledge with clients and the wider community.
