Location :: Hartford, CT (Hybrid Local candidates only)

Duration :: 6+ Months, Contract-to-Hire

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Pega CDH Test Lead to join our team supporting a major initiative at CVS. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Pega CDH testing, automation tools, and Agile methodologies, with the ability to lead quality assurance efforts across a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead testing efforts for the Pega CDH platform, ensuring high-quality delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
  • Perform hands-on testing within the Pega 8.x / CDH environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and business analysts.
  • Conduct API testing and validate data integrations across systems.
  • Utilize automation tools and frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment with Agile principles and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of QA Testing experience
  • Hands-on testing experience within Pega 8.x/CDH platform
  • Experience scripting in Selenium, Java, and JavaScript or similar Automation tools.
  • Experience with Test Management tools -- Rational Tool suite, JIRA/RQM/RTC
  • Experience testing APIs and data integrations
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles
  • Preferred: Healthcare domain knowledge.
