Requirements:
- Support technical business analysis team regarding customer journey, gathering requirements, technical solutioning, also working with functional teams on customer journey communications
- Confluence required
- The Business Analyst will be responsible for formulating and defining systems and objectives through discovery and analysis of functional/business needs of applicable provisioning and sales order entry or support systems for a business mobile team.
- Constructs and delivers feature requirements supporting the Plan of Record and supports implementation planning and other operational preparations throughout the product lifecycle. Devises or modifies processes to solve complex systems problems.
- Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise.
Description:
- Creates product documentation through discovery and research as it relates to Plan of Record Features, customer journey emails and customer communications.
- Directs and consults with cross-functional teams on work that supports, approves, and designs the foundational product feature requirements and customer journey communications.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams on solution/user experience design and development, communications, and learning documentation throughout the lifecycle of work.
- Interacts with end users to gather requirements and scope of effort. Performs analysis of user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
- Identifies and assesses probable interactions of related systems and predicts impact of a change in an assigned system.
- Supports the testing team and business users in validating that the systems meet the requirements and customer communications execute appropriately. Participates in unit integration, and test procedures related to execution of requirements.
- Compares test results against requirements to validate that coding is accurate. Participates in troubleshooting customer issues related to customer communications.
