The Opportunity

As a data scientist within the Growth Org and Engagement organization, you will be a core part of the data science and analytics team, driving analytics-based insights that enable engaging experiences for our Creative Cloud customers. We're looking for a candidate who is passionate about deriving impactful customer insights from large datasets, through descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics techniques. The ideal candidate will have a combination of strong analytical and technical skills, along with the ability to work with multi-functional teams, and the curiosity and ability to influence data-driven decision making by key partners.

What you'll Do

Drive analytics for user revenue growth programs and A/b tests through analyzing results and communicating insights.

Partner with product managers to understand product/customer behavior and features, and use insights generated to make recommendations to improve customer experience and engagement.

Be a specialist of stitching and calibrating sparse and noisy data across various data sources.

Support regular ad-hoc data and analysis needs to better understand customer behavior.

Build reporting frameworks / resources that enable partners to self-serve information.

Partner with teams including product analytics, Go-To-Market and Campaign.

What you need to succeed

Master's / PhD degree in Computer Science, Analytics/Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field, or a Bachelor's degree in a similar field with relevant practical experience.

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist.

Strong skills in a data science/analytics role with a proven track record of success

Experience in hypothesis testing and A/b test analytics.

Expertise in working with large data sets using SQL/Spark SQL

Hands-on experience working with Cloud Platform e.g. Databricks. Ability to create DAG's and run data pipelines in Cloud.

Expertise in developing sophisticated reports/dashboards using Tableau & Power BI. Adobe Analytics experience is plus.

Good attention to detail and ability to stitch and QA multiple data sources.

Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to synthesize large scale data sets to generate a clear story and impactful insights.

A curious mind, passion, and motivation to learn new skills, tools, and analytics techniques critical to tackle business challenges.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $127,300 -- $229,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
