Minimum Requirements:
10 years - Manual Test Script Execution Experience
8 years - Automated QA Testing Experience
8 years - QA Test Script Creation Experience
8 years - Performance Testing Experience
Preferred Experience:
5 years - QA Automated Test Case Reporting Experience
5 years - Experience with JavaScript, HTML, Selenium
3 years - Experience with Agile, Scrum, Jira, XRay
The Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. This role involves both manual and automated testing, with a strong focus on scripting, execution, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop automated test scripts using WebdriverIO or similar technologies.
Create and maintain test cases for both manual and automated testing.
Perform manual testing as needed to support development and QA efforts.
Determine test scenario priorities and create execution plans.
Track and document test case execution and results.
Establish and maintain automated test schedules and generate required reports.
Log and track defects using Jira.
Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and provide on-call support as needed.
Collaborate with development teams in Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test cases and automation scripts.
Ensure documentation is created and maintained for all automated processes.
Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
