Title: SAP- ERP Cutover Consultant

Job Summary: The Cutover Work Plan lead owns the development of the Work Plans used for mock
data load (SIT, UAT, Dress Rehearsal) and Production data load. Facilitates the execution of the plans
and manages status updates during data loads. This role ensures a seamless transition from legacy
systems to new systems, minimizing disruption to business operations. The Cutover Work Plan lead
collaborates with various stakeholders, including project managers, technical teams, and business
users, to create and implement comprehensive cutover strategies and plans.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive cutover plan that outlines all tasks, Timelines, and
responsibilities associated with the transition.
Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to identify critical
cutover activities and dependencies.
Ensure that cutover plans align with project timelines, business requirements, and risk
management strategies.
Manage and facilitate super user network activities to ensure effective communication flow.
Prepare readiness plans, checkpoints, and go/no-go support materials.
Oversee the implementation of cutover activities, ensuring adherence to the plan and
addressing any issues that arise.
Track the progress of cutover activities, providing regular updates and reports to
stakeholders.
Proactively identifies potential risks and issues related to the cutover process and
implements mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Communicate cutover plans and status updates to all relevant stakeholders, including
project teams, business users, and IT staff.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a
related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP implementation projects, with a focus
on cutover work plan activities.
Technical Skills: ERP System knowledge, Proficiency in SAP modules and tools, data migration
techniques, system configuration, and cut over planning and execution.
Project Management: Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and
risk management.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
interact effectively with various stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop
creative solutions to complex issues.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead crossfunctional teams.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00 PM.100% remote.
Pay rate: $55/hr on W2.
