Financial Analyst - Finance Team
Pay Range: $37 - $42 per hour

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Financial Analyst to support the Finance team. This role partners closely with Senior Financial Analysts and Finance leadership to deliver insights, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive operational efficiencies through data analysis and financial modeling.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Senior Financial Analysts in sales forecasting, trend analysis, and variance analysis
* Analyze financial and operational data to identify patterns, anomalies, risks, and opportunities
* Extract, manipulate, and interpret data to support key performance metrics and business decisions
* Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations that support business targets
* Assess existing and proposed business processes, outlining financial impacts, risks, and benefits
* Support ad hoc financial analyses, data collection, and testing initiatives
* Collaborate with the Head of Finance on special projects and strategic initiatives
* Contribute to driving efficiencies through process improvement and financial modeling
* Prepare clear, concise presentations and summaries for stakeholders and leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, analysis, and data manipulation)
* Experience working with Salesforce, SAP, and Tableau
* Ability to create compelling presentations using Keynote
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business insights
