We’re seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to support the rapid expansion of feature teams driven by high-priority initiatives like the TSA and WTC TPA programs. This TPM will coordinate across engineering, design, and operations to ensure delivery of robust, scalable solutions aligned to our clients’ needs in the federal health space. You will play a vital role in shaping roadmap decisions, driving product development, and ensuring technology investments align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Translate product strategy into clearly defined requirements and deliverables

  • Prioritize and maintain a healthy product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders

  • Collaborate with design, engineering, QA, and business leads across agile feature teams

  • Define and track key product metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement

  • Leverage AI tools and insights to improve product performance and user experience

  • Ensure alignment with regulatory and accessibility standards

  • Support SOW planning, release cycles, and stakeholder communications

  • Assist in developing user stories and acceptance criteria based on business and user needs


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in health tech or federal services

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Google Analytics

  • Familiarity with UX principles, design systems, and front-end technologies

  • Effective communicator with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Exposure to AI, ML, or data science tools in a product setting a plus


Preferred Skills/Tools:

  • Product & Agile Tools: Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Miro, Figma

  • Analytics & Data: Google Analytics, Power BI/Tableau, Amplitude, basic SQL

  • Technical Knowledge: APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), AI/ML familiarity

  • Collaboration: Slack, MS Teams, Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Compliance Awareness: HIPAA, Section 508/WCAG, FedRAMP (preferred)
