Job Details


Must-Have Skills:

  • Hands-on data migration experience from Salesforce.com to Dynamics 365

  • Strong proficiency in SQL/SparkSQL/Python, Power BI, and Databricks

  • Experience with Salesforce and Dynamics field mappings/data models

  • Knowledge of data integration with SAP ECC, DBX, and other enterprise platforms

  • Deep understanding of data warehousing/reporting impact on Sales & Finance systems




Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal Adobe business and data teams to define migration and data needs

  • Understand and implement Salesforce to Dynamics field mappings and object relationships

  • Design end-to-end data integration strategies and migrate users and sales data

  • Support integration between Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP, and DBX for Power BI reporting

  • Analyze downstream impact of data changes on Finance, Sales, and Marketing analytics

  • Define technical data requirements with Product Managers for Engineering implementation

  • Lead QA testing, validation, and support production cutover and Hyper Care phases

  • Identify migration challenges early and propose scalable, creative solutions

  • Suggest and help implement advanced reporting capabilities and BI solutions

  • Support agile delivery, release planning, and backlog grooming based on business priority




Qualifications:


  • 4+ years in Data Analytics, Data Product Management, or Data BSA roles

  • Proficient in Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Databricks, Power BI, and Tableau

  • Strong communicator with cross-functional collaboration experience

  • Proven ability to work independently, with high ownership and accountability
