Role: BI Sr Developer with BIRST- DB exp

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in BIRST- DB and BI Tool, Business Analyst. This role involves developing and optimizing data solutions to drive business insights. The position is hybrid, with no travel required, and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data models using Power BI Service, BIRST
- DB and BI Tool, Business Analyst to enhance business intelligence capabilities.
- Oversee the integration of Azure Analysis Services to ensure seamless data processing and analysis.
- Provide expertise in MS Power BI to create interactive and insightful dashboards for stakeholders.
- Optimize database performance by writing efficient SQL queries and managing data storage solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and implementing validation processes.
- Lead the design and development of data visualization tools to support decision-making processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data analytics and reporting tools.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data solutions.
- Mentor junior developers by sharing knowledge and best practices in data analytics.
- Contribute to the company s purpose by providing actionable insights that drive strategic initiatives.
- Enhance the impact on society by enabling data-driven decisions that improve service delivery.
