Job Description:
  • The RSN Operations Support Specialist is a critical part of the Support Network (RSN) Operations team, responsible for supporting field operations and back-office case management.
  • This role ensures process compliance, quality control, documentation development, and escalated issue resolution, while serving as a key resource and liaison to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide reporting support, monitor field rosters, and manage territory assignments
  • Develop, maintain, and assemble documentation supporting business operations and procedures
  • Act as the primary contact for escalated and complex issues across multiple processes
  • Serve as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders
  • Use spreadsheets and databases to manage program logistics and track effectiveness
  • Conduct audits to assess compliance and identify errors; make corrections or escalate issues
  • Ensure programs adhere to best practices and solicit feedback for continuous improvement
  • Support special projects requiring business process expertise
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and drive execution
  • Act as a key resource on departmental programs and procedures

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Associate's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems efficiently
  • Strong understanding of business processes in a support environment
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple functions simultaneously
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Intermediate computer skills with ability to perform advanced functions in various tools

Should have:

  • Experience using SAP and Salesforce
  • Advanced skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Candidateets, Drive) and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain (preferred)

Qualification or Education:
