RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Melbourne, FL that is seeking a Director - Value Management Office.

Responsibilities:
* Lead & Develop: Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight to the Product Ownership, Project Management, and Scrum teams, inspiring and mentoring a team of 3+ Managers and their direct reports (totaling 15-20 team members)
* Strategic Partnership: Partner with executive stakeholders to define portfolio priorities, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer outcomes
* Own & Optimize: Take ownership of the Value Management Office framework, ensuring a cohesive approach to agile execution, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement
* Establish Success Metrics: Set enterprise-level KPIs and success metrics to evaluate the value and performance of all initiatives delivered by the VMO
* Drive Agile Practices: Champion the adoption and maturity of Agile frameworks across departments, scaling delivery practices to meet increasing complexity and demand
* Escalation & Resolution: Serve as an escalation point for delivery issues, risk mitigation, resource constraints, or cross-team conflicts, ensuring smooth operations
* Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business Leadership to ensure seamless coordination, transparency, and accountability across all project work
* Foster Continuous Improvement: Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in delivery, driving the team to achieve outstanding results

REQUIREMENTS:
* Certifications: Professional certifications such as PMP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or PMI-ACP are strongly preferred
* Experience: Over 10 years of experience in technology-driven environments, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing Agile delivery teams or a PMO/VMO structure
* Proven Track Record: Strong record of leading cross-functional teams through strategic planning and enterprise program delivery
* Technical Expertise: Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and Product Management best practices
* Strategic Alignment: Proven ability to align technical delivery with business strategy to maximize impact and ROI
* Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
* Project Management Tools: Advanced knowledge of project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Wrike, Smartsheet, JIRA, Microsoft Project)
* Location Requirement: Must be local to or willing to relocate to Melbourne, FL or Irving, TX, and work full-time onsite with executive leadership and technology teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
