About your role:
As a Technical Account Manager at Fiserv, you will work closely with our bank customers, assisting them in achieving their technical goals and overcoming technical challenges. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with current clients, addressing their technical needs, and finding opportunities for expanding our client database. You will build strong relationships both internally and with highly technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and integration of solutions to drive client satisfaction. You will oversee small projects with clients, leveraging internal subject matter experts when effort does not warrant a full implementations team.

Technical Account Manager
About your role:
As a Technical Account Manager at Fiserv, you will work closely with our bank customers, assisting them in achieving their technical goals and overcoming technical challenges. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with current clients, addressing their technical needs, and finding opportunities for expanding our client database. You will oversee small projects with clients, leveraging internal subject matter experts when effort does not warrant a full implementations team.
What you'll do:
- Assist customers with technical requests and resolve technical issues in collaboration with Client Services Support, Implementations, Sales, Technology, and Dev Ops.
- Work with finance and implementations on monthly invoicing, including review, escalations, and managing aged receivables.
- Become a main point of contact for client escalations, and client communications during Incidents
- Manage client environment upgrades with technology.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors, manage customer expectations and drive them towards customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and to the customer's requirements, and track key account metrics, KPIs, and client roadmaps.
- Communicate progress to both internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities and process improvements and collaborate with our team to achieve sustainable growth.
Experience you'll need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in the Financial/Banking Industry.
- 6+ years of Customer Support/Client-facing experience.
- 6+ years of Implementation, service, or support experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Information Technology, loan servicing, deposit operations, card processing, interface development, or CRM systems in the financial industry.
- 6+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data and discussing business and technical topics to capture technical requirements.
- 6+ years of experience working with project teams, understanding process, terminology, and the expectations of project deliverables and timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Master level skillset with MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, Confluence, and Jira.
- Knowledge of cloud processing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Working knowledge of API fundamentals.
- Proven track record in Technical Account Management or related roles.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects effectively.
