Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineers to serve as the technical backbone of our Business Intelligence operations. This role demands deep expertise in Tableau administration and development, combined with strong Tableau capabilities and proven leadership in guiding technical teams and engaging directly with business stakeholders. You'll develop scalable BI solutions, lead platform migrations, and establish technical standards that drive organizational analytics excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Tableau Platform Mastery
- Tableau Server/Cloud administration including site management, user provisioning, security implementation, and performance optimization
- Architect and develop complex Tableau solutions including advanced calculations, custom visualizations, and embedded analytics
- Define and execute Tableau migration strategies from on-prem to cloud, ensuring data integrity and minimal business disruption
- Optimize Tableau performance through data source design, extract optimization, workbook performance tuning, and server capacity management
- Implement and maintain Tableau governance frameworks, including permissions management, content certification, and data lineage.
