Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Operate as the Oracle FCCS Architect on multiple EPM projects (implementations, upgrades, and enhancements).
Design and lead Oracle FCCS solution architecture to meet business and financial reporting needs.
Partner with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable FCCS solutions.
Provide guidance on system configurations, metadata design, data integrations, and reporting within FCCS.
Ensure high-quality project deliverables, on-time execution, and alignment with Oracle best practices.
Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting during and post-implementation phases.
Collaborate closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in EPM/Oracle Hyperion suite.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle FCCS implementations as an Architect or Lead.
Strong understanding of financial consolidation, close processes, intercompany eliminations, and reporting.
Expertise in designing metadata, rules, data integration, and reporting frameworks in FCCS.
Proven track record of multiple FCCS full lifecycle implementations.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
