Business Analyst LTL (Logistics & Transportation)

Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: Long-Term Contract

 

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Less-than-Truckload (LTL), Logistics, and Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving process improvements and ensuring successful project delivery across transportation operations.

< data-start="660" data-end="692">Key Responsibilities:</>

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, use cases, and process flows.

  • Leverage deep knowledge of LTL freight operations, logistics, and supply chain processes to define solutions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business goals.

  • Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs.

  • Validate QA results and ensure solution alignment with business requirements.

  • Participate in all phases of the SDLC requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, documentation, user training, UAT, and go-live support.

 

  • Proven experience in managing project backlogs, writing and managing user stories using Azure DevOps.

  • Hands-on understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile ceremonies.

  • Familiarity with SDLC processes including requirement analysis, design, and testing.

  • Strong functional and technical understanding of logistics and transportation systems.
