Job Description:
The individual should have knowledge of Building Management Systems, Industrial Control Systems as well as a background in development and information security of such platforms. The Ideal candidate will have experience in delivering Building Management Systems and secure technology solutions in a medium to large corporate enterprise with a demonstrated ability to learn complex processes in a short amount of time.
Key Responsibilities:
To lead the technical product management of one or more Building Management Systems (Client). They shall be the main point of contact and expect to become the subject matter expert in the product(s).

- Liaising with key stakeholders in both the business and the operational support team to ensure the product life cycle is managed.
- They will be tasked with determining and enforcing the product road map, working closely with relevant vendors to ensure that they continue to match Clients vision.
- They will also evaluate the marketplace for Building Management technologies with Clients real estate services team along with testing and selecting best of breed Client platforms for deployment within Client
- Where commercial products are not available, it will be required to develop in-house solutions as well as leveraging existing capability from existing solutions. This involves ensuring that the product conforms to all of Clients security standards and audit requirements and is integrated into our enterprise management tools.
- Provide level 3 technical and engineering support.
- Writing and publishing designs, test results, best practice, and standards for a global audience of technical and non-technical product consumers across multiple business sectors.

- Team Overview: The team works in the CISO office at Citi and focuses on product certifications for physical security and industrial control systems (ICS) and building management systems (BMS) used across the organization.
- Role Focus:
- The primary role involves lab work, assessing products against Citi s security standards and regulatory requirements before they are deployed in the enterprise.
- Certification process includes testing products, assessing vulnerabilities (CVE remediation), and determining if a product can be deployed securely.
- Job Description Details:
- Candidates should have experience with industrial control systems and building management systems, with knowledge of protocols like SCADA, BACnet, and Modbus.
- Understanding of system integration and deployment within a highly segmented environment is crucial.
- Specific Tools and Systems:
