Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
- Drive alignment between business goals, technology capabilities, and customer expectations.
- Leverage storytelling to:
- Inspire teams and stakeholders.
- Communicate complex ideas simply.
- Create a shared understanding of product vision and customer journey.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Act as the bridge between business, technology, and customer needs.
- Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and product demos with engaging narratives.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure delivery of measurable business value.
- Proven experience in one or more roles: Business Analyst, Business Owner, Product Owner, or Product Manager.
- Strong expertise in requirement gathering, backlog management, and agile frameworks.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills able to inspire and influence.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into business-friendly narratives.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
