Job Details
SAP Program Manager HYBRID(3 days/per week onsite)- King of Prussia, PA Duration: 6+ month contract, likely to extend to 12 months or possibly longer
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 7 project managers, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and performance oversight across the program portfolio.
- Oversee 10 15 active enterprise projects, ensuring program alignment with PMO methodology, organizational priorities, and governance frameworks.
- Manage interdependencies across business units, ensuring strategic coordination between technical, business, and operations teams.
- Drive program-level delivery across ERP, CRM, call center modernization, cloud migrations, and enterprise integration initiatives.
- Maintain and enforce program governance frameworks, including RACI matrices, escalation protocols, and stakeholder management models.
- Develop and manage program budgets ranging from $25M $100M+, including financial reporting, ROI analysis, contingency planning, and executive-level presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term resource forecasting models and capacity plans across matrixed teams of 50 100+ contributors.
- Monitor spend tracking, effort allocation, and vendor utilization; proactively manage resourcing constraints and financial variances.
- Maintain RAID logs, risk registers, and issue tracking mechanisms; drive structured mitigation and escalation strategies.
- Develop and deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and program updates; tailor communication across C-suite, functional leaders, and technical teams.
- Ensure measurable benefit realization across post-implementation activities; track outcomes against business cases and strategic KPIs.
- Support adoption of enterprise applications and integrations (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, call center technologies), working closely with technical and business stakeholders.
- Operate within hybrid delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe), applying appropriate methodology to each initiative.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive program management experience in large, enterprise environments.
- Proven success managing complex portfolios of 3 7 interdependent projects with enterprise-wide scope.
- Experience leading and mentoring project managers and business analysts; strong team leadership track record.
- Direct experience managing program budgets between $25M $100M+, with financial accountability and reporting.
- Deep knowledge of resource forecasting, capacity planning, and utilization modeling.
- Strong experience with enterprise platforms and system integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, call center systems).
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement across executive, business, and technical teams.
- Proficiency in RAID management and program governance execution, including building and managing RACI matrices.
- Experience delivering transformation initiatives with measurable business impact (e.g., cloud migration, CRM/ERP upgrades, contact center modernization).
