INTAPP Integration Data Specialist

Location: Remote or Hybrid in New York (EST Time Zone)
Schedule: 9:30 AM 5:30 PM EST (35 hours per week)
Contract Duration: 1 Year

About the Role

We are seeking an INTAPP Integration Data Specialist to serve as backup support for an existing team member responsible for moving data across multiple systems. This role focuses on ensuring seamless integrations, API connectivity, and maintaining data accuracy in a complex enterprise environment.

What You ll Do

  • Support INTAPP Integration Builder for seamless data integrations across systems.
  • Write and maintain complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions (SQL 2016, 2019, 2022).
  • Develop and support APIs critical to system integrations.
  • Leverage PowerShell scripting for automation and process improvements.
  • Provide backup coverage for ongoing work, ensuring data continues to move reliably between systems.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly.

What We re Looking For

  • Expert SQL skills with demonstrated experience writing complex queries and procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with INTAPP Integration Builder (this is a must-have).
  • Strong understanding of API development and data integration best practices.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell for automation tasks.
  • Familiarity with SSIS development is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with existing technical staff.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with enterprise integrations during company transitions or mergers.
  • Exposure to legal or financial data systems (a plus but not required).
