Job Details

Job Title: NetSuite Functional Analyst

Job Type: Contract

Location: Santa Clara, CA (onsite)

Responsibilities:

Financial Process Optimization

  • Analyze and streamline core financial workflows (e.g., GL, AR/AP, revenue recognition, fixed assets) within NetSuite.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and support audit readiness.
  • Intercompany Transactions & Consolidations
  • Design and manage intercompany workflows including eliminations, currency conversions, and multi-entity reporting.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot NetSuite OneWorld configurations.

Manufacturing Process Alignment

  • Collaborate with operations to optimize manufacturing workflows (e.g., work orders, BOM, routings, MRP).
  • Support cost accounting setup and accurate COGS tracking in NetSuite.

NetSuite Functional Expertise & Process Documentation

  • Act as the NetSuite subject matter expert for finance and operations.
  • Develop BRDs, process flows, test cases, and training documentation for stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & System Integration:

  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to drive end-to-end process improvement.
  • Support integrations between NetSuite and 3rd-party tools (e.g., Concur, Salesforce, ADP, Avalara).
