About the Role:
We are seeking a Product Analyst with a strong foundation in data analytics and experience supporting product operations. This role is ideal for someone who began their career as a Business or Data Analyst and has developed a deep understanding of how data drives product decisions and operational success.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, experience to navigate organizational dynamics and contribute to product strategy through data insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze data that informs product decisions.
- Translate complex data sets into clear insights and recommendations that support product strategy and execution.
- Support product operations by managing intake processes, tracking execution, and ensuring transparency across teams.
- Use analytics to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities, and measure success against KPIs.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Help prioritize initiatives based on data-driven impact assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of industry-related professional experience and education.
- Strong background in Business/Data Analysis with exposure to product development or operations.
- Demonstrated ability to tell compelling stories through data and influence decisions.
- Experience with tools such as SQL, Tableau, Looker, or similar analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in retail, supply chain, or eCommerce environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle processes.
