JD 7167 - KLOUDGIN Systems Analyst (Must Reside in the Sacramento Area for onsite work)

A growing organization is seeking an experienced KloudGin Systems Analyst to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of a KloudGin Work Management / Field Service Management (FSM) solution. This role focuses on analyzing business processes, configuring the KloudGin platform, supporting integrations, developing documentation, and working closely with both technical and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has hands-on KloudGin configuration experience, strong analytical capabilities, and a background working within utility, field operations, or other regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in requirements gathering, business analysis, technical design, documentation, and project planning.
  • Consult with stakeholders to understand objectives, workflows, performance expectations, and system requirements, and propose technical solutions.
  • Configure KloudGin Work Management modules, support table configurations, and maintain system setups.
  • Analyze existing workflows to identify gaps, impacts, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop testing criteria, perform testing cycles, troubleshoot issues, and support release processes.
  • Provide user support and training, translating technical concepts into clear, understandable language.
  • Collaborate with integrators, developers, system analysts, and cross-functional teams to resolve system issues.
  • Maintain strong working relationships and contribute effectively within diverse teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience configuring the KloudGin Work Management or Field Service Management solution.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, preferably supporting FSM systems.
  • Experience implementing and supporting Field Service Management solutions in a utility, field services, or other regulated environment.
  • Understanding of integration approaches, including APIs, middleware, and data migration.
  • Knowledge of mobile technologies used for field operations.
  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools related to FSM or operational data.
  • Basic understanding of cloud/SaaS platforms and related systems such as SAP Plant Maintenance, Esri, or SharePoint.

Desired Skills

  • Experience serving as a project lead, functional lead, or coordinator.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools with minimal supervision.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills, including facilitating requirements sessions and building consensus.
  • Ability to evaluate workflows and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills for requirements, use cases, and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Hybrid Work Expectations

  • This role follows a hybrid schedule.
  • Remote work is supported, with required periodic on-site participation for onboarding, important meetings, working sessions, and project milestones.
  • On-site time may be up to 20%, depending on project needs.
  • Availability for meetings between 7:00 AM 5:00 PM Pacific Time is required.
