Job Title: Pega Developer (PRPC V8.x)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite) (Need only Local consultants)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement applications using Pega PRPC V8.x following best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Use Pega Tracer, Splunk, Rally, and SNOW for debugging, monitoring, and workflow management.
- Integrate Pega solutions with external systems using SQL, HTML, and XML.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of Pega applications.
- Document technical specifications and support deployment activities.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pega PRPC V8.x experience (minimum 3 5 years).
- Pega CSA Certification is required (additional certifications like CSSA are a plus).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database integration.
- Exposure to HTML and XML for UI and data exchange.
- Experience using ServiceNow (SNOW), Rally, Pega Tracer, and Splunk.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
