Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, providing insights, and supporting decision-making processes. The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial analytics, FP&A, accounting, or financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience: You should have at least 7 years of experience in financial analytics, FP&A, accounting, or financial reporting.
  • Cloud-based financial systems: A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting, developing, and administering modern cloud-based financial consolidation, planning, or reporting systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Workday Adaptive, OneStream, etc.).
  • Cloud software implementation: Experience implementing modern cloud-based financial software solutions is a strong plus.
  • Reporting tools proficiency: Familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning, OneStream, and/or Power BI reporting is highly desirable.
  • MS Office proficiency: Proficiency in using Microsoft tools such as Excel, Access, PowerPivot, and Desktop Power BI.
  • International exposure: Experience working in an international organization with multiple currencies and manufacturing entities is preferred.
  • ERP system knowledge: Exposure to ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle) and master data maintenance best practices.
  • Data testing and validation: Ability to validate systems and processes through data testing.
  • Self-directed and motivated: A self-directed individual who takes initiative and can work independently while accepting constructive supervision.
  • Effective communication: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Dashboard development: Skills in developing dashboards, analytics, and enterprise reports with a keen eye for design and data organization.
  • Customer interaction: Ability to interact with customers, gather requirements, and translate them into meaningful reports.
  • Training and communication: Ability to train and communicate effectively with customers and internal users on report and dashboard offerings.
  • Analytical mindset: An analytical and creative thinker who pays attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with associates and management at all levels.
  • Technical knowledge: Demonstrated technical knowledge of accounting standards and practices.
  • Project management skills: Ability to lead small projects using basic project management fundamentals.
