The Science Team at Russell Tobin & Associates supporting the Engineering team that has an opening for Quality Engineer in Flemington, NJ!
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and can support quality assurance processes by driving non-conformance management, CAPA activities, and continuous improvement initiatives in compliance with cGMP and international quality standards (ISO 13485, ISO 14971).
Additional Details:
Contract Length: 12 months
Pay range: $29 to $33/hour on W2
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage non-conformances and CAPAs in accordance with approved procedures.
- Conduct investigations and assist in problem-solving using established methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and maintenance to improve and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure local quality issues are integrated into global quality systems, accounting for local manufacturing and legal requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate quality control processes and work assignments.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971 standards.
- Promote quality best practices and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Coordinate operations to ensure products meet established quality standards.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and standards (e.g., cGMP, ISO 13485, ISO 14971)
- Experience with non-conformance, CAPA, and quality investigation tools
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
