Job Details
Role- SAP EWM Consultant
Location- Warsaw, IN
JD- We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant to support S/4HANA enhancement projects. The consultant will work independently to analyze warehouse and logistics requirements, design and implement EWM solutions, and support testing and deployment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements related to warehouse operations and logistics.
- Configure and enhance SAP EWM functionalities including:
- Inbound and outbound processes
- Warehouse structure and layout
- Storage types, bins, and sections
- RF framework and mobile data entry
- Physical inventory and stock movements
- Integrate EWM with other modules (MM, SD, PP, TM) and external systems.
- Work on S/4HANA-specific features such as embedded EWM, Fiori apps, and advanced warehouse analytics.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and collaborate with ABAP developers.
- Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and assist in cutover and go-live activities.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues independently.
- Document configuration, process flows, and training materials.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in SAP EWM implementation and support.
- At least 1 full-cycle S/4HANA Embedded EWM project experience.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and automation.
- Experience with RF integration, HU management, wave management, and slotting/rearrangement.
- Ability to work independently and manage deliverables with minimal supervision.
