Syteline Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Syteline Manager to join our remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Syteline development projects, providing technical expertise, and overseeing a team of developers to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Syteline development projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.


• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, supporting their professional growth and development.


• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Syteline.


• Conduct code reviews and quality assurance checks to maintain the highest standards of development practices.


• Stay updated on the latest Syteline features and functionalities, ensuring our team is utilizing the most current version of the software.


• Serve as a subject matter expert on Syteline development best practices, providing guidance and support to both internal team members and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.


• 5+ years of experience in Syteline development, with a background at a consulting partner preferred.


• Proven experience leading teams in Syteline development projects, with a strong focus on project management and delivery.


• In-depth knowledge of the most updated version of Syteline, with a demonstrated ability to leverage its features and functionalities effectively.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal team members.


• Experience with other ERP systems and technologies, such as Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI), is a plus.
