Join a leading Electric Vehicle Manufacturer as a Business/Product Analyst specializing in Salesforce solutions. Contract position for an experienced professional ready to bridge business needs with technical implementation in the rapidly growing EV industry.

About the Role:

You'll serve as the critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams within the Salesforce ecosystem, optimizing CRM functionality to drive business growth and operational efficiency. This role combines analytical expertise with hands-on Salesforce configuration in an innovative electric vehicle environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional Salesforce specifications
  • Solution Architecture: Evaluate and recommend Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Services Lightning, Marketing Cloud) aligned with business objectives
  • System Optimization: Analyze existing Salesforce implementations and identify opportunities for enhanced functionality and performance
  • Workshop Leadership: Lead requirement workshops, user story development, and backlog grooming sessions
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with administrators, developers, and vendors to implement and test proposed solutions
  • Process Documentation: Define process flows, data models, and configuration settings with comprehensive documentation
  • Analytics & Reporting: Generate dashboards and reports providing actionable business insights and KPI tracking
  • Change Management: Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for system enhancements
  • User Enablement: Provide training and support to maximize system adoption and utilization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years Business Analyst experience with hands-on Salesforce platform expertise
  • Deep Salesforce knowledge including capabilities, limitations, and best practices
  • Technical proficiency in Salesforce configuration, workflows, Process Builder, and validation rules
  • Documentation expertise in business requirements, functional specs, and user stories
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Lightning, etc.)
  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience
  • Product management frameworks knowledge (OKRs, JTBD, customer journey mapping)
  • Integration experience with APIs or middleware (Workato)
  • Tool proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart
  • Electric Vehicle or Automotive industry experience
