Job Details
Title: Oracle HCM Technical Functional Consultant
Location: Hybrid (Vienna, VA)
Duration: 6 Months
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Cloud Guided Learning (OGL), ensuring stability and performance across production and non-production environments.
Collaborate in product design sessions to gather and analyze business requirements, configure content, and build/test OGL items in Testing and Production PODs.
Manage OGL service maintenance schedules and leverage internal/external tools to resolve issues and optimize system architecture.
Align OGL content with Oracle Cloud HCM release cycles to support new features and functionality.
Provide strategic recommendations and develop solutions to improve user adoption and employee experience with Oracle Guided Learning.
Monitor and analyze usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver targeted enhancements.
Support and train HR Technology team members on best practices for Journeys and Guided Journeys.
Troubleshoot OGL and Journey-related issues, offering expert-level recommendations for system enhancements.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials to support compliance and user engagement.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage Oracle SRs, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, with a strong emphasis on Oracle Guided Learning, Journeys, and Guided Journeys.
In-depth knowledge of OGL tools, including content creation and contextual help integration.
Proven success in designing and deploying complex, multi-step Oracle Journeys.
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and project management capabilities.
