Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Creator Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our Influencer Marketing team. This role is focused on building and scaling a ground-up, first-party affiliate program where influencers are engaged directly with the brand without reliance on third-party publisher affiliate networks or creator sub-networks. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing and managing owned and operated influencer affiliate programs that drive authentic brand partnerships and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and grow a first-party affiliate program that directly engages influencers as brand partners.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values and marketing goals.
  • Own the end-to-end affiliate lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, activation, performance optimization, and retention of influencers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, creative, and analytics teams to integrate affiliate influencer efforts into broader campaigns.
  • Design and implement innovative affiliate marketing strategies that prioritize direct influencer engagement over third-party networks.
  • Track, analyze, and report on program performance, using data-driven insights to optimize ROI and influencer impact.
  • Negotiate contracts and partnership terms directly with influencers or their representatives.
  • Manage affiliate marketing technology platforms and tools to support program operations and tracking.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing with a strong focus on owned and operated influencer programs.
  • Proven leadership in building and scaling first-party influencer affiliate programs.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong mentorship skills, capable of leading projects independently and guiding junior team members.
  • Expertise in negotiating complex contracts and managing high-value influencer relationships.
  • Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis, performance optimization, and ROI measurement.
  • Experienced with analytic tools and software for tracking and reporting on program effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on driving results and achieving business goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex marketing concepts.
  • Skilled in building strong relationships and influencing outcomes in collaborative environments.
  • Experience in large-scale digital marketing or e-commerce environments.
  • Familiarity with client's marketing ecosystem is a plus.
