Job Overview As a Genesys Techno-Commercial Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Genesys-related solutions. You will be responsible for both technical and commercial aspects, ensuring that our Genesys offerings meet the needs of our clients while also contributing to our company's growth objectives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients, internal teams, and external partners.

Job Description:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Genesys solutions, including Genesys PureCloud platforms.
  • experience in a techno-commercial role, with a focus on Genesys contact center solutions.
  • understanding of contact center technologies, including IVR, ACD, CTI, workforce management, and omnichannel communication.
  • in Genesys solutions (e.g., Genesys Certified Associate (GCA), Genesys Certified Professional (Google Cloud Platform)) is highly desirable.
  • communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
