Job Details

Role: Administrative Support Representative Call Center
Location: 29 Gallatin Pl, Brooklyn, NY 11201
Duration: Long-term Contract
Working Hours: Monday to Friday ( 8 AM to 5 PM )

Responsibilities:
  • Procure all equipment, furnishings, supplies, contractual services, and other miscellaneous items necessary for the operation of the office.
  • Maintain and adequately store office supplies, including maintaining an inventory tracking system.
  • Review, reconcile, and prepare invoices for management approval and payment.
  • Ensure timely processing of outgoing mail, pickup and delivery of interoffice mail and messenger runs.
Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of all equipment and machinery, including without limitation copy machines, postage meters, mailing and sorting machines, printers, computers, and telephone systems.
