Job: Workday Consultant
Location: Richardson, TX area highly preferred but Remote is fine as long as they work in CST time zone
Duration: 12+ months
Skills/Experience needed:
- BS Degree
- MUST have 5+ years of experience with Workday Recruiting and Talent Administrator modules
- MUST have strong experience creating Workday reports
- Any Workday Pro Recruiting & Workday Pro Talent Certification is highly desired
- MUST have 5+ years of experience with configuring related Business Processes, Questionnaires, Agencies, Goal Setting, Performance Review, Disciplinary Action Templates, Talent Review, Talent Calibration, Career Profile etc.
- Workday Systems Administration
- Ability to Troubleshoot Issues independently
- Thorough documentation
- Rapid development of proof of concepts
- Ability to multitask on competing priorities
- Clear and articulate communications
- Ability to translate customer requirements into technical documentation
End-to-end experience implementing Workday functionality and modules; i.e. planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, etc.
