Job Title: Archer GRC Analyst / Administrator
Summary:
The Archer GRC Administrator is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the
RSA Archer platform to support the organization s risk, compliance, audit, and security
operations. This role works closely with business units to understand requirements, build
solutions, manage workflows, and ensure the integrity and effectiveness of GRC processes.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the RSA Archer platform, including user management, access
    controls, and system configurations.
  • Design, develop, and configure applications, workflows, reports, and dashboards within
    RSA Archer based on business requirements.
  • Integrate Archer with other systems and data sources via API, data imports/exports, or
  • Support business users by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and providing
  • Collaborate with risk, compliance, audit, and IT teams to capture requirements and
    deliver effective GRC solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within Archer.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Archer processes, configurations, and
  • Stay up-to-date with RSA Archer updates, best practices, and GRC trends.
  • Participate in audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews as needed.
  • Hands-On Experience with Advanced Workflow & Troubleshooting
    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience administering RSA Archer platform or similar GRC tools.
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance concepts.
  • Proficiency in advanced workflow/process automation, data management, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with SQL, XML, REST/SOAP APIs for SaaS hosted platform.
  • Experience with .Net Core & AWS.
  • RSA Archer certifications (preferred).
