About this Position:
Job Title: Senior Technical Lead
Roles and Responsibilities:

Evaluate business solutions, systems or software from a perspective independent from the development and business solutions integration team.

Verify that the business solution, system and software are built according to specified requirements and design, including reviewing documentation, code or other artifacts.

Validate that the business solution, systems or software meet the user's needs and intended purpose.

Identify potential defects, issues or inconsistencies with business solutions, systems or software.

Create documentation including IV&V management plans, deliverable and work product assessments and reports.

Communicate findings, including recommendations, to relevant stakeholders, such as project managers and development teams.

Summarize and present findings to the executive sponsors, and relevant executive steering committee members.
Minimum Qualifications:

A minimum of five years' experience providing the following IV&V tasks:

Observing and assessing tools, artifacts, and activities relating to design, development, coding, testing, databases, and project management.

Assessment of business, technical, and enterprise architecture artifacts, tools, and environments.

Developing IV&V monthly activity reports.

Conducting risk and issue list reviews.
-
Performing requirements traceability matrix analysis.
-
Performing system requirements evaluation.
-
Conducting system test assessment and verification.
-
Developing IV&V task reports.

Desired Qualification:
-
The Senior Technical Lead has more than eight years' experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes. At least five (5) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.

The Senior Technical Lead has an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 Certification.
