What You'll Do

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on systems like air-cooled chillers, rooftop units, split systems, and VRF systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues using industry-standard tools and techniques
- Conduct system inspections and performance testing to ensure everything meets manufacturer specs and industry standards
- Communicate clearly with customers about findings, recommendations, and next steps
- Log service activities and system performance using digital platforms
- Keep your company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and in good working order
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies while on job sites
- Participate in our on-call rotation and respond to emergency service requests when needed
What You Bring
We're looking for someone with solid experience and a strong work ethic who's ready to hit the ground running:
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience servicing commercial HVAC systems
- Deep understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and refrigerant cycles
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance and solid communication skills
- Willingness to join the union (if not already a member)
