We are seeking an Adobe Marketo Engage 24x7 Monitoring and Support Engineer to ensure the continuous stability and performance of the Adobe Marketo Engage platform and its connected systems. This role is ideal for a technically skilled and proactive professional with hands-on experience supporting marketing automation tools, particularly Adobe Marketo, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). You ll play a critical role in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining seamless marketing operations across a global enterprise environment.

What will your day look like? As an Adobe Marketo Engage 24x7 Monitoring and Support Engineer you will:

• Monitor the performance, health, and availability of the Adobe Marketo Engage platform around the clock to ensure uninterrupted operation and adherence to SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Marketo, AEP, and AJO, including system errors, data synchronization problems, and campaign execution failures.
• Manage and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and timely issue resolution while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain integrations with ON24, LinkedIn, REST APIs, and PortQii.
• Participate in pre-deployment knowledge transfer sessions, review technical design documents, and assist in go-live readiness activities.
• Set up and maintain proactive monitoring alerts and escalation protocols.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of troubleshooting steps, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Work within a 24x7 support rotation, providing coverage for off-hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.

You will be a good fit for the Adobe Marketo Engage 24x7 Monitoring and Support Engineer role if you have:

• A Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo Engage or other leading marketing automation platforms.
• 3+ years of experience supporting or monitoring Adobe Experience Platform (AEP); experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Proven experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail in documentation.
• Comfort working within a global 24x7 monitoring structure, including rotating on-call support.
