Customer Care Engineer
Location: Atlanta, GA (On-site)
Duration: 12-month contract (potential extension)
Pay Rate: $60-$70/hr

Overview

We're hiring a Customer Care Engineer to support the systems and integrations that drive customer service, case management, and project delivery. This role will work across multiple platforms, including Salesforce Service Cloud, Smartsheet, NetSuite Projects, and Genesis, to ensure a seamless customer and agent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and functional support for Service Cloud, Smartsheet, NetSuite Projects, and Genesis.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth data flow between customer care and billing systems.

  • Diagnose and resolve system and integration issues impacting customer support operations.

  • Configure dashboards, workflows, and automations to improve customer service delivery.

  • Partner with IT and operations to prioritize and resolve escalations quickly.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience supporting customer care applications (Service Cloud, Smartsheet, etc.).

  • Understanding of integrated environments with shared data and automation flows.

  • Experience with NetSuite Projects and billing integration a plus.

  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Must be proactive, highly engaged, and responsive.
