Job Details

Duration: 12+ months
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews and workshops
- Document workflows, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications for both custom and low-code platforms
- Manage change requests and support project steering committee decisions
- Create test strategies, test cases, and execute testing across development lifecycle
- Develop and support SQL Server Report Services (SSRS) and Power BI reports and dashboards
- Analyze data using SQL in a Microsoft SQL Server environment
- Provide user support, training, and create documentation and manuals
Skills Needed
- 2+ years in business analysis for full-stack web applications
- 2+ years with enterprise platforms (SharePoint, Power Platform, eBuilder, OpenText)
- 2+ years SQL Server data querying and profiling
- 2+ years SSRS report development
- 1+ year Power BI dashboard/report creation
- 1+ year with Miro or Visio for workflow design
- 1+ year with Azure DevOps
- Solid understanding of SDLC, programming logic, ERDs, and system integration
- Experience with SharePoint, OpenText, or eBuilder
- UI/UX design familiarity (Figma)
- API and automated testing tools (Postman, Playwright)
- Knowledge of SSIS, ETL, and DocuSign workflows
- Background in construction, engineering, or government/utility systems
