Job Details

Phone/Skype Hire. Onsite from day 1 / Hybrid

Location: NYC, NY

Duration: 12+ months

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews and workshops
  • Document workflows, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications for both custom and low-code platforms
  • Manage change requests and support project steering committee decisions
  • Create test strategies, test cases, and execute testing across development lifecycle
  • Develop and support SQL Server Report Services (SSRS) and Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Analyze data using SQL in a Microsoft SQL Server environment
  • Provide user support, training, and create documentation and manuals

Skills Needed

  • 2+ years in business analysis for full-stack web applications
  • 2+ years with enterprise platforms (SharePoint, Power Platform, eBuilder, OpenText)
  • 2+ years SQL Server data querying and profiling
  • 2+ years SSRS report development
  • 1+ year Power BI dashboard/report creation
  • 1+ year with Miro or Visio for workflow design
  • 1+ year with Azure DevOps
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, programming logic, ERDs, and system integration
  • Experience with SharePoint, OpenText, or eBuilder
  • UI/UX design familiarity (Figma)
  • API and automated testing tools (Postman, Playwright)
  • Knowledge of SSIS, ETL, and DocuSign workflows
  • Background in construction, engineering, or government/utility systems
