Role Name: MS Dynamics 365 Developer
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Duration: 6+ months
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant with 10 12 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 (both online and on-premises). The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across CRM modules, integration technologies, and DevOps, and will play a critical role in end-to-end solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement security models, entity configurations, and other Out-of-the-Box (OOB) features in Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 using Workflows, Plugins, Business Rules, JavaScript, and Form Customizations.
- Perform CRM administration, including user management, environment setup, and performance tuning.
- Work extensively with C#.NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and Developer Toolkit to deliver scalable custom solutions.
- Build and maintain SSRS/SSIS reports and data integration services involving SQL Server and CRM.
- Develop and support integrations with external systems using REST APIs, ODATA, SSIS, and middleware tools like KingswaySoft.
- Leverage Azure services such as Azure Functions and Service Bus, and implement Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, PCF Controls) for upstream/downstream integrations.
- Establish and manage DevOps pipelines using standard tools for cloud-based Dynamics CRM environments.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to clarify requirements, evaluate technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
- Perform end-to-end software development tasks including analysis, coding, testing, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues efficiently and propose practical, scalable solutions.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Power Apps Portals.
- Hands-on experience with Unified Service Desk (USD), including customization, configuration, and deployment.
- Experience migrating Dynamics 365 and USD configurations across different environments.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization & Configuration
