Job Details

The Senior ERP Technical Analyst for OAC/FDI is a dedicated MIS based resource responsible for ensuring processes within Oracle Analytics Cloud meet the needs of the business through leveraging existing functionality and supported best practices. This role partners with Functional Business Analysts, consultants, and other IT teams to design, maintain and oversee Oracle Analytics Cloud/FDI processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop integrations in OIC to Oracle ERP Cloud including REST and SOAP calls, FBDI File uploads
  • Design and develop integrations in OIC to Oracle ERP Cloud including extracting Oracle ERP Cloud data using BI Publisher reports, analysis and OTBI Reports
  • Development and administration of integration/middleware using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Work and partner on other key initiatives including Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, Salesforce, Web Application.
  • Design and provide hands-on development of cloud-based and enterprise integrations, leveraging API frameworks.
  • Ensure changes and updates are fully documented and vetted in pre-production environment for any new applications or changes.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical resolution to support team and other stakeholders
  • Monitor impacts to systems performance, security and access, data and reporting and other downstream impacts (integrations, extensions)




QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ Years of experience Oracle Analytics Cloud, Fusion Data Intelligence, or equivalent
  • Experience in Oracle Data Integrator and ADW
  • Should have designed, build and unit tested analysis and dashboards
  • Good exposure multiple functions and their behavior
  • Should have been part of at least couple of modules implementation in Oracle ERP Cloud - preferably in FIN and SCM space
  • Good understanding of process areas for projects worked upon
  • Should be good at troubleshooting as well as failure points
  • Should be conversant in documentation - Technical Design, Unit Test Scripts, Code migration document, Integration test scripts etc.,
  • Good communication skills and ability to articulate crisply
  • Understand and working experience in onshore / offshore model
