Develop and design financial applications, logic, reusable library, data models, classes, DTO, package structure, error handling, fault tolerance, code, POC for web integration, pipelines, event-driven architectures. Analyze requirements and tasks, and review security, modeling, data, impact. Implement encryption and decryption mechanism, define request queue and handlers, use logging framework, apply builder patterns. Migrate legacy applications, perform containerization, configuration, automation, deployment. Ensure high availability, data persistence, and fault-tolerant message processing, implement caching strategies and solutions, enable monitoring and troubleshooting, improve systems. Perform unit, regression, integration, end-to-end testing, and create test cases. Maintain documentation, analyze client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate validation plans. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience performing integration, migration, containerization, automation, deployment; implementing caching strategies and solutions; using Java, BitBucket, Maven, CI/CD, Microservices, Jboss, Spring Boot, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Kafka. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $178,132 to $178,150/yr.
