Solution IT Inc. is looking for Oracle Cloud HCM [Talent/Learning] Functional Consultant for one of its clients in Remote
Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM [Talent/Learning] Functional Consultant
Required Skills:
- Strong functional experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud.
- Hands-on configuration experience in Talent and Learning modules.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Journeys, Skills, and related HCM modules (Nice to have)
- Solid understanding of end-to-end HCM business processes and best practices.
- Experience with functional testing, data loads (HSDL/HDL), and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience across additional Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR or Compensation is a plus.
- Prior involvement in full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification(s) preferred.
Work Site: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Expected Start Date: Immediate 2 weeks
