Experience with EA, BSSe in large telecom or enterprise sales environments.
2+ years of experience driving technology adoption using Customer Connect.

Role:
End to End Architecture Support and Governance Compliance: Oversee the technology portfolio, facilitate rationalization efforts, and manage lifecycle activities such as upgrades and decommissioning. Coordinate key tools and processes across the architecture community of practice including solution architecture and application architecture collaboration.
The End-to-End Architecture Team Support role provides comprehensive operational and tooling support to the entire Architecture team including Solution Architecture and Application Architecture coordination with the EA team. This role ensures smooth execution of EA activities, enabling architects to focus on strategic and technical tasks. Ensures that enterprise architecture activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. They maintain governance frameworks, enforce architecture policies, and manage risk and compliance processes within the EA function.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain architecture governance frameworks, policies, and processes.
Coordinate and facilitate Architecture Review Boards (ARBs) and governance committees.
Monitor compliance with architecture standards, regulatory requirements, and security policies.
Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to governance processes.
Manage exception and waiver processes for architecture standards.
Track and report on governance metrics and compliance status.
Collaborate with legal, risk, and audit teams on regulatory compliance matters.
Provide guidance and training on governance and compliance best practices.
Track EA project deliverables, milestones, and action items.
Facilitate collaboration tools and platforms used by the EA team.
Support onboarding and training logistics for new EA team members.
Help collect and organize feedback from stakeholders and EA users.
Coordinate cross-team communications and information sharing.
Manage EA team calendars, meetings, and logistics including governance sessions and workshops.
Coordinate documentation workflows, version control, and repository management.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communication materials.
