This team is seeking a Research operations Program manager to help to build and scale global research programs to strengthen the impact of our world-class UX Research team. We do this by implementing operational systems, connecting teams and knowledge, and problem-solving operational hurdles to enable Researchers to do their most impactful work.
This role will manage and build operational processes and programs within the Participant Management team. This will require working closely with Research Program Managers.
The ideal candidate enables the UX Research team's best work by leading strategic planning of programs, navigating ambiguous situations, managing short and long-term project milestones, connecting resources to research needs, and removing barriers to doing great work.
Our Research Operations Program Managers are experts in problem solving and multitasking, building long-term relationships, and utilizing a full range of organizational and interpersonal skills that help our talented teams operate at their highest and most effective level.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, resourceful, highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative. This role requires program management experience and strong leadership skills. You should be passionate about the services we provide, the people that we serve, and the impact of research on those services.

Responsibilities:
Manage centralized systems and processes for organizing participant recruitment, for liaising with external recruitment companies, maintaining and growing our Customer Programs
Tools and infrastructure: Keep track of all the administration of licenses for software. Working with procurement, legal and finance colleagues to manage our preferred suppliers list and licensing of our tools.
Governance: Document our standard operating procedures, including data security and compliance. Managing data and access to data within tools, including customer information.
Knowledge management: Manage our library of best practice templates and guides. Helping the team to maintain our user needs framework and library of research insights.
Develop a system to track and manage the research backlog for the whole team, which will help researchers prioritize their workload and ensure visibility of resources
Helping the Design Research Manager with budgets and resources.
Possibly liaising with colleagues in Leadership, Design and Content to ensure we are well organized and aligned.
Develop and track operational key quality and performance indicators across the research team
Leverage data informed insights to drive operations improvements such as efficiency and accuracy
Create, scale and execute strategic programs to ensure the team is working at optimum efficiency
Drive participant management process improvements and identify opportunities for optimizing workflows
Predict obstacles and establish solutions to overcome challenges
Manage and prioritize multiple Participant Management Infrastructure projects and programs
Partner with Research Managers on predicting roadblocks, identifying creative solutions, finding resources, and developing relationships with key stakeholders
Collaborate with Research Team and cross-functional partners to create, maintain and refine recruiting processes, programs, and partner vendors

Requirements:
4+ years of relevant program or project management experience
Minimum 2-3 years' experience with UX research or Design tools.
Minimum 2-3 years' experience with using Microsoft office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Minimum 2-3 years' experience with ability to work independently and build relationships with peers and stakeholders.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires independent time management, task prioritization and flexibility
Communication skills for interacting with and using data to drive change with cross-functional stakeholders
Experience building relationships with peers and stakeholders
Track record of operating independently, embracing ambiguity, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
Experience in problem-solving and resourcefulness with a detail-oriented approach and organizational skills
Experience using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio or other process mapping software)
Familiarity working within the UX Research field and participant recruiting methods
Experience working in an operations role

Type: Contract
Work Schedule: 100% Remote (PST Hours)
Duration: 2+ months, with chance of extension
Hourly Rate Range: $64-79/h (DOE)
